They were efficient, competent and helpful and took their time to assist.

Her service level is consistently high and I had nothing but the best experienced with her.

Maggie I feel like I know you for years and for someone who deals with customer’s daily as well, you inspire me to be the best at what I can be. I could laugh and feel at ease and trusted completed in your level of experience.

You have been a God send by any standard and have known my needs even before I knew it myself hehehe.

Ek het onlangs ‘n nuwe kontrak uitgeneem by die MTN winkel in Houtbaai. Ek is gehelp deur Valentina en ek het dit goed gevind om ‘n reuse kompliment aan haar te gee vir uitmuntende diens. Ek was ‘n vreeslike besluitelose klient met honderde vrae wat ongeveer 3 maande gevat het om my besluit te maak. Deur die hele proses was Valentina baie behulpsaam en geduldig en het elke keer uit haar pad gegaan om my tegemoet te kom, te help en details te verduidelik.

Ek hoop dat hierdie kompliment by die regte mense kan uitkom in die maatskappy, of dit nou in Johannesburg by hoofkantoor is of hier in die kaap, en dat dit as ‘n voorbeeld kan staan vir die hele MTN. Ek glo en hoop dat Valentina vêr sal gaan en dat daar wonderlike geleenthede vir haar sal opkom binne MTN.

I just wish to express my gratitude to your office for excellent service delivery.
I am a contract holder and had a huge problem concerning simswap for my son.
I phoned several times and spoke to Kuda at Gardens MTN.
He was so friendly and professional and did not once complain about me phoning him several times. He did his utmost best and the problem was solved.
He also followed up and phoned me back as promised.
MTN can be proud to have him as a employee.
I hope you van tell him how much I appreciated his positive attitude towards clients.

Good day

I have an Vodaphone with an MTN contract. I recently went to a Vodacom store at Somerset West Mall and asked for help with removing some worthless applications to create space on my phone and they refused to help, point blank and said they are not authorised to do so  Vodacom will never see me again.

I was then given another, more current, phone by my husband and went to your MTN store in the Strand and saw Gideon and purchased a new sim card/airtime. Gideon went out of his way to help me set it all up.

I then went back to him on another occasion as I needed help with both phones. He then promptly transferred all my old contacts on to my new phone, transferred the new sim to the old phone and my MTN contract sim he placed in the new phone, set up my WhatsApp, helped me to delete apps from the old phone and quietly and patiently explained how to use and navigate on the new, more complicated Samsung galaxy. Every question I had, he kindly answered and showed me how to work the new phone and did a few tweaks to make the phone more user friendly. I was with him for 45min and at no time did he rush me or become impatient as I often see in IT people who are exasperated with us older generation.

I was extremely grateful and appreciative for his efforts and dedication to assist and explain. He went over and beyond the call of duty.

Gideon is indeed an asset to your company – MTN.
