My name is Najwa and I just recently applied for a contract with MTN. After many months of contemplating I finally decided to go into you Constantia branch. Feeling a bit very uncomfortable I was about to leave when I was approached by the most sweetest lady. The customer care service I received from Maggie was excellent. She has excellent people’s skills. Her smile and way of talking to her customers is remarkable.
