My daughter gave me a new phone and then went back to Durban, leaving me to try to work it out. However, before she went she introduced me to Maggie at the MTN Shop in the Old Village at Constantia Village. Maggie has given me wonderful help with my new phone and I can manage most of the functions that I need. As I am 76 years old, Maggie has had to have great patience with me! She has been so encouraging and so patient and it is thanks to her that I am now much more confident and enjoying my new phone. I just want you to know how much I appreciate Maggie`s help.
