Just to let you know I’ve dealt with many MTN stores over the years but the one that gives excellent, personal service is the one based at the Paddocks. 

I’ve often had terrible service via call centre deals / offers I’ve accepted but this store has supplied my phones probably as long as the Paddocks has been open.

Carmen, Ira and Nathaniel are always willing, helpful and friendly. Carmen and Aki recently assisted me with an issue I had claiming from Samsung rewards and eventually managed to assist due to constraints caused by S Rewards pulling out of SA. I’m enjoying the watch as a result.

I would like to compliment the staff at the above MTN store for their excellent service they provide. They are always helpful and go out of their way to assist no matter what. I had a problem with my phone and dealt with Ayyoob first and had to go back the next day and was attended to by Kishwar. Both were so amazing and nothing was too much for them. Its so great to have people who care . A lot of my friends will only go to this Branch so this says a lot for the excellent service. Please make sure that they receive this compliment as one only ever seem to get the complaints.

I wish to compliment the staff at the Riverside Centre, Rondebosch store. Any time that one goes into the store, they are always friendly, helpful and patient with the customers.

I recently purchased a new HUAWEI from the store. The assistant Kulsum was so co-operative and helpful. Some of the other MTN outlets could learn about customer service from the team at MTN Store Number 0546! This team deserves to do well. My only negative comment is that the aircon in the shop is not working properly, making it uncomfortable for the staff to be working in a hot stifling environment all day.
