Ek is binne 3 minute gehelp met my “upgrade”
Ek is gehelp deur Chantelle – wat n vriendelike – hulpvaardige mens

In n wereld waar almal jaag en kla
Kan ek net sê sy was tops

Ek het tot my sister oortuig om van Vodacom oor te gaan na MTN
Nadat ek vertel n van my ondervinding daar – sy wou lankal weggaan by Vodacom

I would just like to applaud Papama from the MTN store in Strand by Pick n Pay!

I went at the beginning of the month as well as the previous month (October) to MTN in Somerset Mall to apply for a phone contract. To my downfall the consultants kept saying my credit check was not approved.

Today I went to the store in Strand, I greeted by Papama with a warm welcome, we did everything, all to come to the same ending, however (and this is where I really applaud him) unlike the other consultants Papama actually phoned in to find out what was wrong and the reasoning I was not getting approved. To find out that my banking details were entered incorrectly.

I really appreciate Papama for his efforts and time, he is a phenomenal worker and overall an awesome guy!

Thank you MTN Strand for your warm welcomes and your amazing atmosphere you give your clients!

Please give Papama my outmost gratitude.

I broke my phone last night and totally panicked, but I phoned your store this morning and after being given great information and advice over the phone, I came in to replace it. I received excellent and cheerful customer service from both Thomas and Shakeenah, and it was a great relief on a stressful day.
