Dear Mr Bruno

I went to Riverside Centre this past week. Walking past the MTN shop I decided to go in and see if they could sort out a charge that was on one of my contracts for itemised billing.

I have been a client of MTN for at least 30 years and as I worked at UCT Riverside was the closest branch to sign up and to make any changes. However for the past two years I have preferred to go to the Waterfront as the service I have received at Riverside has been just been shoddy, to say the least. I was given the impression that I was doing the staff members a huge favour. I found them rather rude.

This week I thought as I was there I would give it one more go. I was greeted by a young man by the name of Eugene. What a pleasure. He was extremely polite immediately logged onto my account and ensured me that I would be credited for the itimised billing. He then went the extra mile of looking at the phone that I use and said that there was a better package. Would cost a bit less but that I would get more data.

It was an absolute pleasure meeting him and I hope he goes further in his career.

I think the public is always quick to complain but not so quick in acknowledging good service. I thought I would just take the time to let you know that Eugene has changed my mind about Riverside MTN.

I would like to express my sincere thanks once again for the world class service received from you and the staff at the Welkom Game MTN store.

You assisted me greatly for someone that have relocated to Pretoria and still get such upgrade service is commendable.

The package was discussed with me by the corporate marketing team(Craig Bays) and also Mpho from the store for upgrade. A reduced cost was offered by Craig but because of the great service I received already from the store I surrendered that option and went with the store price.
