Today I really want to express my gratitude towards Nadine Van Der Bank.

She assisted me a month ago when I was switching over my daughter’s contract from Telkom to MTN. The Staff at MTN Strand are very friendly. The whole atmosphere is very welcoming.

Nadine made the experience worthwhile and I promised her I will see her at the end of January as I am switching my contract too.

On Sunday morning, Nadine helped me again to get my contract approved at MTN, assisted me to get my number imported from Telkom.

However there was a slight delay, she made the effort the whole day yesterday (the Monday) to get my number imported from Telkom.

I am glad that MTN has such capable staff who can assist a client in such a professional manner.

So, I want to rate Nadine’s service 10/10, making it 200% of great service.

I really hope she gets the praise she deserves from MTN.

I feel compelled to put in writing the experience I had in my dealing with the MTN Paddocks branch over the last month.

My account was hacked, which is a very frightening thing. I called MTN Paddocks and Rynard answered and was incredible. His product knowledge and know-how about the best way to deal with this was simply outstanding. My query regarding the whole issue is still currently pending, but the service and comfort I received from Rynard made a difficult situation, much easier to handle.

I followed up in store a few weeks later as the issue was still pending, and the advice I received again from Rynard and Dennis was extremely helpful.

A week later I popped into the branch again, as the issue was still pending, and again, both Rynard and Dennis’ help was over and above, restoring my faith in the MTN brand.

I felt it necessary to put in writing that Rynard and Dennis are both extremely helpful and patient. Their willingness to help and not pass the buck has completely restored my trust in MTN.

I would like to give a compliment to the two following staff Papama Tyokwana and Jessica Collins at your MTN Strand shop on an exceptional service. I have come to set the bar low when it comes to South Africans service standards but the staff at your shop have proven me wrong. My first experience was with Jessica highly pregnant but goes an extra mile willing to assist without hesitation she sorted my problem without hassles didn’t have to come back for the same problem I knew from then on that I will be making use of your store as a result of her excellent service. Then came Papama today who blew me away with his exceptional service. My mother’s problem could not be sorted at your MTN Cavendish store I told her to give me her phone and I will take it to Strand because I trusted that it will be sorted and guess what I wasn’t disappointed and surprised when it was sorted quite quickly it took him 30 minutes while she spent more than 2 hours at Cavendish and her problem was not sorted. These two staff members are an asset to your organisation I had to bring this to your attention we can’t just complain and not recognise exceptional customer service. I hope this email will be shared with them.
