I will be eternally grateful for your immense effort to assist me in getting my phone replaced after being robbed last week. Your understanding and resilience in chasing the issue and contacting any and everyone who might be able to hasten the process was way beyond the call of duty. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and hope (for the sake of all your customers) that you stay in the service industry and hopefully with MTN forever!

I am writing in appreciation to the excellent service provided by Zahier when I visited your branch on 16 January to upgrade. He assisted me in making relevant choices and gave clear and detailed feedback on all the aspects.

I would like to thank Valentina and yourself for assisting me to set up my phone. It is always a pleasure walking into the MTN store in Hout bay.

It’s very easy to complain about things but we hardly ever compliment when things go well. Abdul Hendricks at @MTNza in the Gardens Centre gave fantastic service when I was getting my phone upgrade this week.

Johan Roodt at Jbay MTN was a great MTN representative and had excellent communication skills. While getting the documents ready, Johan was entertaining and very helpful. Will ask for him next time I need service at MTN.
