Good day

Myself and my dad has been with MTN for a number of years, my dad due to ill health had cancelled his contract but he is much better now and we decided he needs to go back on contract.

Last week we had gone to MTN Constantia and what a great choice because we met Maggie who remembers my dad from a few years back when my dad had upgraded at Kenilworth Centre branch, WOW what fantastic customer service we received from Maggie.

I personal have never met anyone at MTN in all the years I am with MTN as Maggie Keffers, she is friendly, very helpful and very efficient at her job
She treated us as if we were MTN most valued clients, as well as other clients that walked in, I will definitely be going to Maggie when I need to do my next upgrade.

Maggie needs to be promoted to training all MTN staff to be like her. MTN your have a jewel, MTN you must treasure her

Thank you Maggie you made my 84 year dad feel so special and for myself well I will track you down whenever I need to deal with MTN

Good morning,

I’d like to let you know about the amazing service I’ve been receiving from Maggy for the past 16 years.
I bought my first cellphone from Mtn and its been largely due to Maggy that I’ve stayed with Mtn. She has been assisting me throughout the years from KC centre to Long Beach and now here in Constantia.
She has a wonderful way with her clients and always going the extra mile to assist them .

I’ve been in to the store about 4 times this past month and each time I was there a client would come in and specifically ask for her and she would help them – patiently explaining a contract or phone functions to them .

I’ve bought sim cards and contracts for my mother and children from her and even when problems arise she is always there to sort things out.

It is due to Maggy that I’m still a happy MTN client after so many years .
She is a wonderful representative of your company and truly a great asset to MTN. She deserves to be commended for her outstanding service.
