I recently applied for my upgrade at your Hout Bay office.

I was attended to firstly by Valentina who handled most of the admin for the upgrade, and then by Valentina and Che.

You have two thoroughly efficient and friendly young people in these two members of your staff. They were helpful, most polite and a delight to have spent time with. Valentina even remembered me from my previous upgrade, thus making me feel important and relevant.

Well done MTN, you get 10/10 for service because of these two young people.

I just want to compliment Willem from MTN in Constantia for giving me the opportunity to experience the amazing customer service that he provided he went more than the extra mile and did everything to the t.Thank you Willem for your amazing work that you did so many people can learn from you.

I was a client for years with MTN but left due to bad service.

Back for almost 2 years and just upgraded the contract and excellent service received by Valentina Cloete.

their team work redeemed the DISMAL service i’ve received over the last 24 hours.

I wish to compliment your staff at your Mtn Branch at Pick n Pay Centre, Table View Cape Town.

After twenty days of not being able to send sms messages via my cell phone and numerous enquiries to the help line 135.

I went yesterday to the branch at Pick n Pay centre where Mr. Dennis Jacobs assisted me in correcting the problem with patience and calls to your service center who could not assist, but after 40 minutes he had reconnected my cell phone to enable me to send messages.

That was good customer service.

I just want to let you know that Anthony Rooza gave me the most incredible service at MTN this week. He never gave up trying to sort out a problem I had and he did so with a great big smile on his face.

Huge Thanks to employing such great staff.

I would like to express our gratitude to Anthony who helped us out on the 14th of februari. We had car trouble and didn’t have cellular access in Cape Town so he gladly helped us by contacting the car rental help line and was very friendly during the whole (stressful) process.

I received my upgrade for my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 to a Note 10 Plus from the MTN Store, Shopping Centre, Da Gama Road, Jeffrey’s Bay on 31 January 2020.

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Mr Johan Botha and his staff for the exceptional high standard of service rendered and the friendly manner in which they conducted their business with me!!

I would like to emphasize that the service that I have had from Juan-Pierre at your Table View Shopping Centre Branch has been phenomenal.

No-one else there has attended to my queries or clarified any of my problems like he has and if it wasn’t for him, I would not be a customer of yours.

I sing his accolades to all and hope that he will be there for me as long as I have my MTN Contract and that of my wife’s too.

A big thank you to Valentina for the excellent service she gave me on the upgrading of my cellphone.

An amazing lady and gave me plenty and time on Sunday the 9th of February as well as today when she officially handed over my new phone.
