During the port process, you can decide whether to port to a prepaid or a post-paid account, based on your requirements.
A prepaid customer will need a CLI validation to ensure the number being ported is in the customer’s possession. Post-paid customers will need to provide the following:
- The Account Number at the Donor.
- The Identity Number of the Account Holder.
- Numbers belonging to a company will require written permission from the Company.
